Event hosting & production / Event management & production

Managing people, production, and live events

I coordinated, hosted, and promoted events at Ukay Ta Bai, worked as an &Friends ambassador, and helped deliver club nights and raves with my team. At Events Collective, I also coordinated vendors, attendee flow, and on-site delivery.

From promotion to the live room

With my team, I worked on club nights and raves across the Philippines, especially Cebu. Alongside hosting and promotion, I helped manage the people, preparation, and live coordination that brought those events together.

On the day, I stayed close to the audience and the team, communicated changes, and helped people make decisions as the event unfolded.

Ukay Ta Bai — coordination, hosting, and promotion

At Ukay Ta Bai, I worked on event coordination, hosting, and promotion. I helped get the event ready, spread the word, and host the gathering on the day.

The walkthrough, flyer, and outfit interviews show the community around the event. This work put me in front of people and taught me how much a live experience depends on preparation, clear communication, and a team that can respond as things change.

&Friends — festival ambassador

As an &Friends ambassador, I promoted the rave and helped bring people to the event. It was direct audience work: sharing the event with people and getting them interested enough to come.

The festival footage and crowd photographs give a sense of the event I was promoting. My contribution was ambassador outreach and attendance promotion.

At Events Collective

As an Events Coordinator at Events Collective, I coordinated vendors, timelines, attendee flow, and on-site execution. Repeatable checklists and operating timelines gave the team a shared reference during preparation and on the day.

  • Vendor coordination and operating timelines for event preparation.
  • Checklists and on-site coordination connecting planned responsibilities with live execution.
  • Attendee flow, creative handoffs, and community-facing communication around the event.

Managing the people behind the experience

Event management asks you to work with different people under the same deadline. I coordinated responsibilities, creative handoffs, vendors, and audience-facing communication so the team could move from preparation into live delivery.

On site, the work required reading the situation, communicating clearly, and keeping people aligned as schedules or priorities changed. Hosting added another part of that experience: being comfortable in front of people while staying aware of what the room needed.

  1. Prepare

  2. Coordinate on site

Connect attendee flow with live responsibilities and execution.

  3. Keep people aligned

Make the next step visible as schedules and dependencies change.

Preparation carried through to delivery

My contribution connected promotion, team coordination, vendor handoffs, and on-site decisions. I used timelines and checklists to make responsibilities visible, then stayed involved in the practical work of delivering the event with the team.

People skills built in live environments

Events taught me to give clear direction, listen closely, and stay useful when plans change. Those are skills I carry into product delivery and consulting, where the people doing the work matter as much as the plan.
