About Nino Amor — AI implementation, product engineering, and advisory
hey, i'm ninoI’m an AI implementation specialist, product engineer, and advisor. I work directly with founders and operating teams to understand requirements, build and integrate systems, and support their use after deployment. My practice includes forward-deployed engineering, product growth, and team enablement. Based in Manila, available worldwide.
How I got here
Getting here
I started working when I entered college, often juggling three to five jobs. My scholarship wasn’t enough, so I helped my mom cover my tuition. Some of those years were spent in an unsafe living situation, where I had to look after myself while keeping up with school and work. I wanted more choices for my life, even when the next week took most of my attention.
Finding my way
My work grew in several directions: websites, game production, club campaigns, and live events. Working with creative teams and helping deliver raves, especially in Cebu, taught me how to read a room, coordinate people, and keep going when plans changed. I still draw on that experience when I work with a new team.
Making something together
I also cofounded SUL.OB with a team in our province. We sold clothing and personalized bags and donated the proceeds. Making something together and using the sales to help others is a part of my life I want to keep as my work grows.
Looking ahead
Today I build products and AI systems, and help teams put them to use. I’m driven by wanting to grow beyond what people expected of me and build a life I’m proud of. I care deeply about older people, too. One of my long-term goals is to earn enough to support them through philanthropy. I’m still building toward it.
