Pokee AI / AI consulting & implementation

AI consulting across product, automation, and adoption

AI consulting at Pokee AI across internal automations, product strategy, and enterprise customer success. I combined technical implementation with marketing, community, and product education for enterprise AI software, contributing to PokeeClaw and the agent marketplace with the team.

Working across the product and the people using it

My work at Pokee extended beyond a single feature or campaign. I supported the team inside the product and around it: internal tools, product decisions, customer education, and the communication needed to bring those capabilities to users.

AI consultant, technical contributor, and customer partner

As an AI consultant at Pokee, I brought hands-on technical work and customer-facing responsibilities into the same role. I worked on automations and agent integrations, contributed to product strategy, and supported enterprise customers as they learned and used the software.

Technical implementation, product strategy, and growth

My contribution spanned internal automation, agent workflows, product strategy, enterprise customer success, marketing, and community. Customer identities, individual engagements, and internal implementation details remain private.

Product strategy with the Pokee team

Working alongside Pokee's team, I contributed to product strategy and implementation for PokeeClaw, its own take on OpenClaw, and the agent marketplace. These were collaborative product efforts; my contribution sat within the team's broader engineering and product work.

Working alongside the team, I brought questions from customers and the community into product discussions: what people wanted to accomplish, where setup was unclear, and how to make the capabilities easier to understand.

What I contributed

The work covered systems inside the company, the direction of the product, and the experience of the people adopting it.

  • Internal automations and agent workflows: hands-on implementation supporting the team's work.
  • Technical integration work: connecting agent capabilities, improving setup, and troubleshooting how they were used.
  • Product strategy and implementation contributions to PokeeClaw and the agent marketplace, working with the team.
  • Enterprise customer-success support: onboarding, product education, and practical adoption guidance.
  • Marketing and community: product communication, positioning, educational material, and feedback from users.

Enterprise customers, product education, and community

I helped enterprise customers get started and work through questions as they used the software. Understanding the technical side meant I could connect those conversations with implementation and product decisions.

Marketing and community work gave me another way to support adoption: explain what Pokee and PokeeClaw could do, make educational material useful, and bring feedback back to the team.

Internal automation and hands-on technical work

I implemented internal automations and agent workflows, with technical work covering integrations, setup, troubleshooting, and usage documentation. That work required understanding how the team operated, connecting the relevant tools, and making the implementation usable by the people relying on it. Customer workflows and internal configurations remain private.

A connection between implementation, product, and adoption

The work produced internal workflow implementations, integration and setup material, customer education, and product-strategy contributions to PokeeClaw and the marketplace. Those contributions sat alongside the wider Pokee team's engineering, product, and commercial work.

What I bring into the next engagement

This work strengthened the way I approach AI consulting: understand the technology, help shape the product, build what is useful, and work closely with the people adopting it. I bring that combination of engineering, product judgment, and communication to new teams.
