Running agents across companies, in ten minutes

I joined the Grok Bot Manila Meetup as a last-minute supporting speaker, distilling my multi-company agent setup into a ten-minute session. I shared how I organise bots around different roles and responsibilities, alongside everyday examples that made the approach tangible.

A focused contribution to the Manila programme

I stepped in at short notice to support the SpaceXSI Philippines team at the Grok Bot Manila Meetup. The event took place at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower on 24 October 2026, bringing together builders, founders, and professionals for demonstrations, hands-on work, and conversation.

My role was a ten-minute supporting talk. Compressing a much larger operating setup into that slot meant choosing the examples that made it easiest to understand what agents can take on, and how I stay responsible for the work.

From company responsibilities to everyday readiness

I showed how I organise bots around the different parts of the companies I work with, rather than asking one assistant to carry every task. The examples connected multi-company work with everyday preparation, including having travel documents ready before they are needed.

The organisers’ recap highlighted those two parts of my contribution: bots across multiple roles and companies, and practical preparation outside work. Together, they made the setup understandable without turning a short talk into an architecture lecture.

Sharing the programme with field engineering

The programme also featured Mike Lacsamana from SpaceXAI, whose field-engineering session covered the platform and live demonstrations. My contribution brought a practitioner’s view of using agents across work and life.

Keeping the supporting slot focused was its own discipline: choose a clear story, show recognisable uses, and leave room for the hands-on programme. I enjoy helping make these events useful, whether I am leading a session or contributing a shorter one.
