Make the next review easier to prepare

The firm needed a clearer view of billing coordination, receivables, and work in progress, alongside better preparation for senior review. These were related operating problems: work had to be visible, supporting material had to be available, and a qualified person still had to make the professional decision.

Practical consulting, from setup to working sessions

I delivered AI workflow consulting through environment setup, troubleshooting, research, and hands-on working sessions. I also developed a Microsoft-native workflow architecture around the firm's coordination and review needs.

  • Implementation support: resolve agent-environment issues and prepare tools for practical use.
  • Research: investigate how AI could support the firm's existing document and operating environment.
  • Enablement: work through questions with the team in focused sessions.
  • Architecture: define how work status, review material, and authorized next actions could connect.

Delivered consulting, separately scoped architecture

The delivered work included OpenClaw troubleshooting, Claude Cowork setup, research, and working sessions. The billing, dashboard, and review-queue architecture was design work; this case does not present those integrations as deployed.

The firm and its clients remain confidential. Financial records, engagement documents, and operational configurations are not reproduced here.

Support judgment without taking it over

The architecture centered on making the evidence and next action clearer. A review package should help a senior reviewer find the relevant material, identify what remains unresolved, and decide how to proceed.

AI assistance could organize and explain material. Professional conclusions, approval, and financial authority stayed with the responsible people; an assistant's output was not treated as a valuation decision.

Selected work and artifacts

The engagement combined immediate implementation support with a longer-term operating design.

  • Delivered: environment fixes and AI tool setup.
  • Delivered: workflow research and practical working sessions.
  • Designed: billing coordination, work-in-progress visibility, review queues, and dashboard structure.
  • Designed: AI-assisted preparation of review material, with professional decisions retained by the firm.

What this work brings to an implementation

In a professional-services firm, a useful AI workflow must fit the way work is reviewed and authorized. Technical setup and team education matter, but so does knowing which decisions the system should never make on its own.
